The Colombian government in 2011 launched its "guidelines" for a National Innovation and Competitiveness Strategy, including three fundamentals pillars: excellence in science, innovation and entrepreneurial firms and qualified human ressources. Strategy include cross-cutting platforms and a kinf of focusing areas and business sectors.
